Atara is the mayor and the person tied to town requests. Blanc sells seeds. Massimo teaches cooking.
Give a liked gift, or the item they already requested. Random gifts are worse than talking.
Crystal Flower is the gift that search pages repeat. It is not automatically every villager’s favorite. The gift UI is the source of truth.
A complete favorites matrix is a database. Heartopia.gg and Heartodex keep those cards. We keep the roles straight.
You do not need every resident’s birthday to finish the first month. You need the three people who gate the loop, and a rule for gifts that does not depend on a wiki being right.

Shops for clothes, shoes, music, and puzzles (names that show up on character databases include Dorothee and Annie) are optional in week one. They are on the map when you want them.
How gifting works
- Open the villager and read liked and loved tags before you buy a flower.
- Prefer a loved item, then a liked item, then conversation. A hated gift is a setback, not a neutral.
- If they have a request, that item comes first. It may count for both the board and the friendship.
- Stages increase over many gifts. One Crystal Flower will not max a villager. Full stage charts live on the dense wikis; we are not copying them.
Player-to-player gifts and town visits are the other system. They are on Friends and gifts.
